Pans Garden / The Great Beast

' It was the strangest thing, I've never really recovered from it, i still cant think straight. Somethings changed, i cant return, im not the same as i was before. Its like the gap between my eyes cracked open and now i can see all thats hidden and seething beyond this realm.
Its like perpetual orgasm, like the earth is lusting itself into existence, with fertile virility and violent exuberance. Like a great beast had torn me with tooth and claw through blood and bone, for me only to realize i am both hunter and hunted, pursuer and prey, in love with the thrill of the chase, the quest of the great conqueror
I can never come back now, ive seen beyond these thinly veiled borders and i can never unsee the beauteous gaze of this the Great Beast '

JUDAS BLADE

JUDAS BLADE

Christ arose through the floor, his head bleeding profusely
from the tiled fragments tearing through his skin.

He took the loaf of bread that floated before him and broke
off a large chunk, slowly dipping it in the red crimson.

Placing it firmly upon my tongue he said
'This is my body , this is my blood, eat of me'

The sound of hyenas yelping from an invisible memory
that i imagined lay below me.

I whispered

'You are the blooded king. lord of the world, maker of man and miracles.'

He whimpered, trembling, pleading to me,

'Give me your children, place them in front of me i am their saviour i am their salvation'

Swiftly i pulled the Judas blade from its black leather holster and screamed
' Never '

I stabbed sharply pinning his praying hands together,
Pulled on the golden threads of Ariadne and bound them tight.

His tearing eyes pleaded with me just like in the garden of Gethsemane.

'Without us there is no crucifixion, without us there is no continuation from
Gabriel s lying lips.'

'No crusades, no burning's or cremations of the Midnight's Ancestry
Without us there are no more emanations.'

Stretching his skin upon the mantle i tore at this abomination.
The great deceiver disguised as our Saviour now welcomed to this pagan alter.

Flowers materialized suspended in the air slowly undulating dripping holy water

The wise ones descended from heaven robed in knowledge and wisdom.
Their song so sublime as to tame gladiatorial lions

The faceless ones born from eternity here to take their place amongst legends
'We are the council of fire, the winged emissaries of Arden, here to shake the four quarters.'

As they spoke all in one voice together the shattered floor opened wider
and below us hung a dark menacing ocean

One last kiss, one final promise one last confession

The world is over we have conquered the last sin

The final thrust, the last kill, the final surrender
Touched by this the Judas blade

Now to have its glorious day, as the wheel breaks
and together we die as each other.

Working with the Saints
ST JOSEPH

St Joseph is the perfect Saint to work with through these coming winter months if your at all worried about finances, work, paying bills etc

Many espiritstas, rootworkers, conjurers etc petition St Joseph when either buying or selling a house or for steady work. However his main quality is that of steadfastness, reliability and success.

Simply print out and frame an image of St Joseph and place anywhere in your house, either on a small alter or hang on a wall facing the front door or front wall of house.

Offer him an ivory coloured candle, Lilies, a small loaf of bread, lemons or fava beans.

Pray to him once a week / month for your specific needs and giving thanks for blessings received.

Petition a promise to him that if you make it through the winter successfully that you will spread his name via social media and / or buy a small statue of him to honour in your house.

He also loves the scent of vanilla, wether that's incense sticks, oils or the actual vanilla pods.

Another great scent to work with him that is very similar to vanilla is Heliotrope, to use as a limpieza when working with him or to pour into a Bano Espiritual / Spiritual bath

This Fateful Night

THIS FATEFUL NIGHT

None so beautiful as the sky
That drapes like silken lullabies
Washed, windswept and passing by
On subtle scents of jasmin tides
That draws laments, catches the eye
So delicate and sweet a smile
That travels throughout space and time
Then blossoms on this fateful night

SWALLOWS

SWALLOWS

In late spring I was out on the land, wandering through the warm Spanish landscape, when a subtle presence seemed to descend over me. I spontaneously began to perform ceremony, a ritualistic enactment to open the gates between this world and the next, to honour the earth and all the critters that are beholden to her kingdom.

My body naturally flexed and stretched calling forth the four directions, summoning the elemental beings out from the hidden landscape, encircling me in their presence and power.
Raising both hands to the sky i closed my eyes and summoned my invocation.

No sooner had the last poetic phrase left my lips than my head started spinning, caught in a sudden whirlwind, a sound of high-pitched screeching bird song seemed to crescendo all around me.

As its intensity peaked inside my now reverberating skull, i opened my eyes, So great was the charge of energy that with a sudden gasp it literally stole my breath away.

Above me like a spiralling tornado was a flight of swallows spinning so fast as to create a whirlwind, that seemed to lift me up, now standing on tip toe, arms outstretched as if crucified, my back arched like a bow ready to release its arrow.

This dizzying moment seemed to last an eternity until finally the trance broke, as the swallows swooped one last time and then in a flash were gone.

Everything suddenly stopped, it was as if time had stood still, and i was suspended between realms, then, ever so gently floated back down to the ground.

At precisely that moment a bright ray of sunlight arched from behind a cloud. its piercing beam spotlighting something about 20 yards from me at the base of an old pine tree.
From a distance i couldn't quite see what it was but it was as if there was an urgency to this flickering light that was shining down trying to show me something.

Something, yes something was there illuminated by the sunlight. What it was i couldn't quite see from a distance but something was definitely there glimmering under the now diminishing light.
I bowed my head and gave thanks, reversing my calling songs to each direction to close my magical circle.

As soon as id finished and was fully back in this world i hesitantly walked to where the light had shone so vibrantly.

To my utter astonishment there at the base of the old pine tree surrounded by dry needles, out in nature , in the middle of nowhere, was a small Christ like figurine, arms outstretched just as i had been moments before, gazing back at me and marked on his chest the Awen the three druidic rays of light, the holy trinity.

'I am the Mabon
I am the child
Three pure rays
The pillars of light'

Ever since that auspicious day the swallows have followed me back into town and every morning when i go out to my balcony i call to them, the same song they sung to me that summons whirlwinds.

They come swooping full of vigour, full of joy, playfully whirling and twirling through the air , once again sending my head spinning, heralding the promise of summer, the promise of light and the miracle of nature.

She who speaks to us constantly, through her plants, through her elements, through her animals, in an unknown language, a foreign tongue, hard to understand if we would only but listen.

A WORLD FULL OF WONDERS

A WORLD FULL OF WONDERS

We don't want to work for money but for love alone
For compassion’s sake and life's budding expression
To implore great forces to come dine with us
And banquet at a great table of our own design

Where artists and muses will gather together
Frolicking and fucking parading their pleasures
Under an arbour of grapevines blossoming
In the city square where time stands still

All the towns folk will come and be shocked
Commanding their young to cover their innocence
Yet entertained, and inspired, to dance with the piper
Who calls them amongst us to abandon their reason

Emptying their pockets of hard-earned belongings
As we thrill them with the delight of strange pleasures
Otherwise unknown and new to their tasting
That loosens the buckles and bracelets

And we will undress before them as poetic heathens
And dance with the snake of the sunlit night
To call forth the twilight and the promise of Eden
To seduce them unto second sight

And for one brief moment all pain will avail us
All suffering will pass before their very eyes
Once again to return home through the veil
To Arcadia with nymph and satyr we will delight

So give me your gold and all that you own
For am i never to toil and work again
But instead to weave splendours with those that remember
Not yet dead but awake in a world full of wonders

FEAST OF SAN JUAN

Picture
FEAST OF ST. JUAN

Every year, the Feast of San Juan is celebrated in different parts of Europe.
Christians celebrate the night of st. Juan on June 23 in honor of the birth of St. John the Baptist.
It was originally an adaptation of the pagan cult to the teachings of the Bible based on the great bonfire that Zechariah lit after the birth of his son Juan.

CELEBRATION

Saint Juan is the Saint celebrated by the Church on June 24: the day of his birth (he is the only saint whose birth is celebrated).
He is the most celebrated Saint in Europe and one of the most important Saints for Christians since he is considered the forerunner of Jesus Christ.
It is said that during the summer solstice, these people lit large bonfires to seek the blessing of their lands and ensure that they bore enough fruit to feed themselves. In addition, through the fire they asked the divinity for a prosperous future for couples in love and fertility for women.
The Feast of St. Juan is originally linked to the arrival of the summer solstice (June 21), of pagan origin that was later Christianized.
After the Christianization of this festival, the night of June 23rd to 24th becomes a holy night, sacred and of purification, without abandoning its magical and pagan aura. It is celebrated as the shortest and most magical night of the year.
Every year on the night of June 23rd to 24th and 24th, festivities are held in many corners of Spain in honor of St. Juan. Numerous beliefs and rites are linked to the day and to the Saint, reminiscent of ancient cults that were celebrated at the arrival of the summer solstice.

Symbols of this celebration:

Fire: is the purifying element that rids us of bad luck and everything we want to leave behind.
Water is the second symbol of San Juan, it is said that tonight all waters have healing virtues, so in many places it is customary to bathe in the sea or river.
Herbs are the third element, it is believed that plants multiply their healing properties on this night.
The evening of the Night of San Juan 2021 is the moment when thousands of people welcome the summer on the shortest night of the year.
To attract good luck and put aside bad omens without having to resort to good luck charms, each city decides to celebrate the night of San Juan with its own idiosyncrasies.
Rituals for good luck
Jumping over the bonfire: this is one of the most widespread good luck rituals in Spain although it has nuances depending on the area in which it is carried out. In Galicia it is considered necessary to jump the bonfire nine times over the flames for good luck, while in the Alicante and Valencia areas it is only necessary to jump over the flames seven times.
Jumping the waves: another tradition is to jump 7 waves at midnight, although the number may vary depending on the region. It is said that this is the perfect time to make a wish and have it fulfilled.
Taking a spiritual bath : another belief is that anyone who takes a bath with 7 different herbs will be cleansEd and blessed as water and herbs have more magikal potency on this night
Washing one’s face: a very common ritual in areas where there is no beach is to wash one’s face after midnight. It is said to be lucky if you do it without looking in the mirror afterwards.
The Feast of St. Juan is celebrated in different parts of Europe, in Spain it is a holiday in the Valencian Community.
