INSIGHT
This entire 2 week cycle when worked consciously and correctly allows the perfect magikal opportunity to unify the solar and luna polarities, both God & Goddess / Spirit and Soul, into communion of the Alchemical Wedding; Thereby birthing the harmonized Magikalchild { The Transformed Persona } into greater embodiment & alignment.
If however denial is fostered and resentments cultivated, then instead of the union into wholeness and integration comes chaos and confusion, as the Great Goat Pan thrusts through the thin veneer of arrogance and denial, forcing us to witness and own that which we disown and project falsely on to others

Spell & Remedy
Print out the image provided to Mercury/Hermes, place the Yellow candle / Gemini on the Moon Symbol. Place the Brown or Grey / Capricorn candle on the Sun Symbol. Then place the Golden Candle / Mercury/ Hermes at the top point of the Caduceus Staff.

Place any of these offerings on or around the alter piece
Offerings to Mercury/Hermes:
Image of a tongue, rosemary, pine, almond tree, image of a goat, frankincense, styrax and mint for the chthonic Hermes.
Symbols: caduceus, winged sandals, shepherd’s flute.
Colour: saffron yellow and gold.
Sacred animals: rabbit, turtle, falcon.
Plant/Flower: wild strawberry, crocus.

Once the space has been purified with incense & the candles lit, contemplate the 3 Realms of Being, Spirit, Persona & Soul whilst praying for their perfect alignment in all things, breathing through, from the crown of your head, to the bottom of your feet.

Then when ready recite out load

Ye wild-eyed Muses, sing the Twins of Jove,

With mighty Saturn's Heaven-obscuring Child,

Then contemplating the Alter before you feel His Mercurial Presence, once again offering your desired outcome fully to Him in trust of the aid he will bring.
Sit in the power for as long as needed, with every out breath, relaxing more and more until in deep thankfulness.

Then close the working by saying out load 3 times
' SO IT WAS, SO IT IS AND SO IT FOREVER SHALL BE'

BLESSINGS FROM THE HOUSE OF SHAMAGIKA

ATTENTION
 Simply sit in meditation and notice where your point of attention is, i.e. thinking about something, how your feeling etc. Then very consciously extract your attention from what ever its focused on, literally unhook it  and instead bring your full attention to the palm of your left hand. Sink all your attention firmly into your left hand, allowing all other senses , thoughts and feelings to dissolve, as your attention sinks more and more into the palm of your left hand.
Just do this for 5 or 10 mins, use all the will and focus you have, to focus on just that point, if you notice your attention drift to something else, immediately extract it and bring it back to the palm of your hand.
Once you've tried your best for the allocated time, then stop focusing and allow yourself to deeply relax and expand your point of attention to normal waking consciousness and the everyday things of life.
Do this for 1 week, then go onto the next task.

ATTENTION II
 This week continue with the same simple concept.
You may have noticed that when you bring your full attention, in the previous task, to your left hand that a certain weight, or gravitas of energy will naturally build at the point of attention i.e. the palm of your left hand. Its important to notice this and bring your full attention to it whilst using your breath to stabilize the small bundle of power that formulates around your focus.
Now this week is very similar, start by bringing all your attention to the palm of your left hand, till all else dissolves, notice the weight of your attention brings and then when your ready simply lift your attention and bundle of power from your left to your right hand and sink your attention as deeply as you can into your right hand and hold it there, using your breath to stabilize your focus and energy. Do this until your ready to stop and then simply relax your attention back into general awareness
As stated before there is a far greater wisdom to these tasks, than the simple tasks i am asking you to explore through this MAGIKALOATH series of experiments. The question being how do you propose to work any kind of magic if you cant focus your attention and its accompanying power.
​Do this also for one week

ATTENTION III
This week we will extend it a little further.
So far you have learnt to focus all your attention in both left and right hands separately, trying your best to block out all other outside perceptions except where your attention is focused.
This week sit comfortably and once again notice where your attention is focused, unhook it and now place it into both of your hands, slightly separated in front of you. Maintain this focus using your breath to stabilize your attention.
Next contemplate a quality of character i.e. Joy, Peace, Energy, Enthusiasm etc. As you do this bring your attention fully to it, breathing into it, until it so expands as to be held in both of your hands, like a bundle of power, of whatever quality you are focused on.
Do this for 5 or 10 Minutes, then slowly relax your attention back to normal consciousness.
Do this also for one week

ATTENTION IV
Ok so here is the fourth and last post on the subject of focused attention.
Hopefully some of you have experimented with your attention following from last previous post's. This week we will culminate both the practice of Attention and Resonance combined
As before sit comfortably and once again notice where your attention is focused, unhook it and now place it into both of your hands, slightly separated in front of you. Maintain this focus using your breath to stabilize your attention.
Next contemplate a quality of character or intention as before i.e. Joy, Peace, Energy, Enthusiasm etc. As you do this bring your attention fully to it, breathing into it, but this time add a resonant tone, to the now building bundle of power, until it so expands as to be vibrating with resonance whilst held in both of your hands.
Then whilst breathing steadily and intoning direct the bundle of power to your preferred target i.e., a Talisman, a person, yourself,  a situation, a past or future event etc
Do this for 5 or 10 Minutes, then slowly relax your attention, disperse the bundle of power and come back to normal consciousness.

​RESONANCE I
'A phenomenon in which an external force or a vibrating system forces another system around it to vibrate with greater amplitude at a specified frequency of operation.'
Everything around us is vibrating at varied frequencies and has a tonal resonance in its many and varied presence of existence.
For the next week explore become more and more aware especially of sound and feeling.
Make it your practice everyday to intone { by humming } the tonal vibration of your environment. Simply hum gently to yourself and notice where it feels intune and aligned with your environment and when it doesnt and instead feels discognitive and discordant.
Allow your internal tonal vibration { humming } to align with the general tone of the environment until they blend together and become one and the same, dissolving the concept of inner and outer until there is just one tone, one vibration.
From this simple experiment you can literally go anywhere into deeper and deeper explorations of sound and vibrational resonance to altered states consciousness.

​RESONANCE II
So hopefully you have been playing around with the exploration of subtly reading, responding and gently humming the resonance of objective reality, the external world, as you experience it in any given moment.
For this weeks exploration i would ask you to find YOUR OWN TONE. The frequency, vibration and rhythm that YOU resonate at.
Simple sit as usual, acknowledge the external generalised tone, then become aware of your own tone and how it may vary or contrast to the external frequency.
Breath deep and hum the sound of your own vibration out loud, allowing not just the tone but also exploring the vowel sounds AEIOU until you find EXACTLY what resonates as YOU.
For the following week at least once a day, if not many times throughout the day gently hum to yourself, exactly the same as last week but this time let it be your vibration that is resonating into external reality.
These may appear as extremely simple and frivolous tasks that i am asking you to explore but believe me they are fundamental in the foundational practice of Spell Casting, Invoking Spirits & Deities, Cantos and utilizing words of power in both Shamanism and Magic.

​RESONANCE III
So hopefully some of you have been playing around with the exploration of subtly reading, responding and gently humming the resonance of objective reality, the external world and your own tonal vibration, contrasting and blending them together.
For this weeks exploration i would ask you to find a tone for any subject you choose, it literally can be anything i.e peace of mind, love, joyfulness, abundance, attractiveness, strength, focus etc
Simple sit as usual, acknowledge the quality you wish to attract ie playfulness and feel its resonance, then begin to intone it.
To further advance this principle add your own tone and the external generalised tone, to the playful tone, thereby giving you a 3 toned triumvirate.
Dance between the 3 tones until oscillating within your awareness in alignment with your breath. Just sit for 5 or 10 minutes going deeper and deeper into the triplet tone, whilst contemplating these 3 spheres of sound and intention unifying together in one bundle of sound frequency.
With this very simple technique of resonant intonation you can quickly begin to travel into various dimensional states of being and begin almost immediately changing your conscious awareness to literally anything you chose.

RESONANCE IV
For this weeks exploration i would ask you to find a tone much. like before, for any subject you choose i.e. peace of mind, love, joyfulness, abundance, attractiveness, strength, focus etc.
Really take you time to explore your intentional tone until it feels completely aligned with your intention.
Then simple sit as usual, then begin to intone but this time consciously project the tone to a specific target i.e a glass of water { that you then drink }. a person, a plant, a talisman, a situation etc
For the following week at least once a day, if not many times throughout the day gently hum to yourself, exactly the same as last week but this time let it be your intentional tone that is resonating to your selected target.
This will be the last week on resonance, i wanted to share it with you as it is the basic foundation upon which all spells are cast and all invocations are made.
