Insights
With this full moon in capricorn, occurring at the same time as summer solstice in cancer, this heralds to be an extremely powerful full moon of opposites, in either union or disruption.
The magikal work that we generated at the new moon in gemini will now resolve into the full embodiment of the Magikalchild. If the work has been done correctly over the past 2 weeks, to resolve and face any imbalances within the psyche, then a great union of opposites will occur, and blossom into the Alchemical Fusion of the Magikalchild.
If, however, denial has won the day and control and manipulative lies have won out, then be prepared for a rude awaking around the time of this full moon. Bringing,instead of union, an even deeper schism, and a dark bundle will be formulated in the unconscious, that could bear its blackened fruits for possibly many years to come.
 I would highly recommend that before any spell work is done on the Full Moon, if you need to in any way make amends to any of the people within your close circle, you should do so and in turn try your best to reconcile any, and all differences, if at all possible. Then realign into a united vision and focus on the future with them.

 Spell & Remedy

Find a quiet and private space out in nature, preferably, whatever you would consider to be a sacred site, or place. Then make an Invocation to our Lord & Lady, God & Goddess and enter full communion with them, through either, song, dance, sex , love etc, any form of sensual thanksgiving.

Below is a possible suggestion, utilizing the power of poetic trance and evocative spell casting.

Capricorn is depicted as a goat or sea-goat and is the sign in which the Moon sits on this full moon.  In Greek Mythology he is the God Pan, who rules over forests and woodlands, flocks and shepherds. He is the Lord and protector of nature's secret inner garden.

Pan was placed in the sky by Zeus in gratitude for coming to the gods rescue on several occasions. During the war with the Titans, Pan helped scare them away by blowing his conch shell. Later, he warned the gods that Typhon, a monster sent by Gaia to fight them, was approaching whom he suggested that the gods disguise themselves as animals until the danger passed. Pan eluded the monster himself by jumping into the ocean and turning the lower part of his body into that of a fish.
Zeus eventually was able to strike down the Typhon with his thunderbolts and in gratitude to Pan, now part goat, part fish, placed him into the night sky as the constellation Capricornus.

Find a secluded place in nature, make any simple offering to the earth herself and then when ready incant the two poems below and enter into communion with both Pan and the Divine Goddess in deep recognition that it is you who are their Magikalchild and emissary upon this earth.

Hymn to Pan
By John Keats (1795–1821}
O THOU, whose mighty palace roof doth hang
From jagged trunks, and overshadoweth
Eternal whispers, glooms, the birth, life, death
Of unseen flowers in heavy peacefulness;
Who lov’st to see the hamadryads dress
Their ruffled locks where meeting hazels darken;
And through whole solemn hours dost sit, and hearken
The dreary melody of bedded reeds--
In desolate places, where dank moisture breeds
The pipy hemlock to strange overgrowth;
Bethinking thee, how melancholy loth
Thou wast to lose fair Syrinx—do thou now,
By thy love’s milky brow!
By all the trembling mazes that she ran,
Hear us, great Pan!

  O thou, for whose soul-soothing quiet, turtles
Passion their voices cooingly ’mong myrtles,
What time thou wanderest at eventide
Through sunny meadows, that outskirt the side
Of thine enmossed realms: O thou, to whom
Broad leaved fig trees even now foredoom
Their ripen’d fruitage; yellow girted bees
Their golden honeycombs; our village leas
Their fairest-blossom’d beans and poppied corn;
The chuckling linnet its five young unborn,
To sing for thee; low creeping strawberries
Their summer coolness; pent up butterflies
Their freckled wings; yea, the fresh budding year
All its completions—be quickly near,
By every wind that nods the mountain pine,
O forester divine!

  Thou, to whom every fawn and satyr flies
For willing service; whether to surprise
The squatted hare while in half sleeping fit;
Or upward ragged precipices flit
To save poor lambkins from the eagle’s maw;
Or by mysterious enticement draw
Bewildered shepherds to their path again;
Or to tread breathless round the frothy main
And gather up all fancifullest shells
For thee to tumble into Naiads’ cells,
And, being hidden, laugh at their out-peeping;
Or to delight thee with fantastic leaping,
The while they pelt each other on the crown
With silvery oak apples, and fir cones brown--
By all the echoes that about thee ring,
Hear us, O satyr king!

  O Hearkener to the loud clapping shears,
While ever and anon to his shorn peers
A ram goes bleating: Winder of the horn,
When snouted wild-boars routing tender corn
Anger our huntsman: Breather round our farms,
To keep off mildews, and all weather harms:
Strange ministrant of undescribed sounds,
That come a swooning over hollow grounds,
And wither drearily on barren moors:
Dread opener of the mysterious doors
Leading to universal knowledge—see,
Great son of Dryope,
The many that are come to pay their vows
With leaves about their brows!

  Be still the unimaginable lodge
For solitary thinkings; such as dodge
Conception to the very bourne of heaven,
Then leave the naked brain: be still the leaven,
That spreading in this dull and clodded earth
Gives it a touch ethereal—a new birth:
Be still a symbol of immensity;
A firmament reflected in a sea;
An element filling the space between;
An unknown—but no more: we humbly screen
With uplift hands our foreheads, lowly bending,
And giving out a shout most heaven-rending,
Conjure thee to receive our humble Pæan,
Upon thy Mount Lycean!

Oh Great God Pan
Oh Great God Pan
Oh Great God Pan
Picture
When ready and enchanted by Pan himself now call to the Goddess by incanting the poem to the White Goddess

The White Goddess
by Robert Graves
All saints revile her, and all sober men
Ruled by the God Apollo’s golden mean –
In scorn of which we sailed to find her
In distant regions likeliest to hold her
Whom we desired above all things to know,
Sister of the mirage and echo.
It was a virtue not to stay,
To go our headstrong and heroic way
Seeking her out at the volcano’s head,
Among pack ice, or where the track had faded
Beyond the cavern of the seven sleepers;
Whose broad high brow was white as any leper’s,
Whose eyes were blue, with rowan-berry lips,
With hair curled honey-coloured to white hips.
The sap of Spring in the young wood a-stir
Will celebrate with green the Mother,
and every song-bird shout awhile for her;
But we are gifted, even in November
Rawest of seasons, with so huge a sense
Of her nakedly worn magnificence
We forget cruelty and past betrayal,
Heedless of where the next bright bolt may fall.

When She rides in on the magical summer breeze enter communion with her divine presence and through an act of love, give forth your thanksgiving, duty and veneration.

Working with the Saints / ST JOSEPH

Working with the Saints
ST JOSEPH

St Joseph is the perfect Saint to work with through these coming winter months if your at all worried about finances, work, paying bills etc

Many espiritstas, rootworkers, conjurers etc petition St Joseph when either buying or selling a house or for steady work. However his main quality is that of steadfastness, reliability and success.

Simply print out and frame an image of St Joseph and place anywhere in your house, either on a small alter or hang on a wall facing the front door or front wall of house.

Offer him an ivory coloured candle, Lilies, a small loaf of bread, lemons or fava beans.

Pray to him once a week / month for your specific needs and giving thanks for blessings received.

Petition a promise to him that if you make it through the winter successfully that you will spread his name via social media and / or buy a small statue of him to honour in your house.

He also loves the scent of vanilla, wether that's incense sticks, oils or the actual vanilla pods.

Another great scent to work with him that is very similar to vanilla is Heliotrope, to use as a limpieza when working with him or to pour into a Bano Espiritual / Spiritual bath

For more knowledge on working with the Saints, or receiving a Santo Consulta or Santo Working done on your behalf contact me.

SWALLOWS

In late spring I was out on the land, wandering through the warm Spanish landscape, when a subtle presence seemed to descend over me. I spontaneously began to perform ceremony, a ritualistic enactment to open the gates between this world and the next, to honour the earth and all the critters that are beholden to her kingdom.

My body naturally flexed and stretched calling forth the four directions, summoning the elemental beings out from the hidden landscape, encircling me in their presence and power.
Raising both hands to the sky i closed my eyes and summoned my invocation.

No sooner had the last poetic phrase left my lips than my head started spinning, caught in a sudden whirlwind, a sound of high-pitched screeching bird song seemed to crescendo all around me.

As its intensity peaked inside my now reverberating skull, i opened my eyes, So great was the charge of energy that with a sudden gasp it literally stole my breath away.

Above me like a spiralling tornado was a flight of swallows spinning so fast as to create a whirlwind, that seemed to lift me up, now standing on tip toe, arms outstretched as if crucified, my back arched like a bow ready to release its arrow.

This dizzying moment seemed to last an eternity until finally the trance broke, as the swallows swooped one last time and then in a flash were gone.

Everything suddenly stopped, it was as if time had stood still, and i was suspended between realms, then, ever so gently floated back down to the ground.

At precisely that moment a bright ray of sunlight arched from behind a cloud. its piercing beam spotlighting something about 20 yards from me at the base of an old pine tree.
From a distance i couldn't quite see what it was but it was as if there was an urgency to this flickering light that was shining down trying to show me something.

Something, yes something was there illuminated by the sunlight. What it was i couldn't quite see from a distance but something was definitely there glimmering under the now diminishing light.
I bowed my head and gave thanks, reversing my calling songs to each direction to close my magical circle.

As soon as id finished and was fully back in this world i hesitantly walked to where the light had shone so vibrantly.

To my utter astonishment there at the base of the old pine tree surrounded by dry needles, out in nature , in the middle of nowhere, was a small Christ like figurine, arms outstretched just as i had been moments before, gazing back at me and marked on his chest the Awen the three druidic rays of light, the holy trinity.

'I am the Mabon
I am the child
Three pure rays
The pillars of light'

Ever since that auspicious day the swallows have followed me back into town and every morning when i go out to my balcony i call to them, the same song they sung to me that summons whirlwinds.

They come swooping full of vigour, full of joy, playfully whirling and twirling through the air , once again sending my head spinning, heralding the promise of summer, the promise of light and the miracle of nature.

She who speaks to us constantly, through her plants, through her elements, through her animals, in an unknown language, a foreign tongue, hard to understand if we would only but listen.

FEAST OF SAN JUAN

Picture
FEAST OF ST. JUAN

Every year, the Feast of San Juan is celebrated in different parts of Europe.
Christians celebrate the night of st. Juan on June 23 in honor of the birth of St. John the Baptist.
It was originally an adaptation of the pagan cult to the teachings of the Bible based on the great bonfire that Zechariah lit after the birth of his son Juan.

CELEBRATION

Saint Juan is the Saint celebrated by the Church on June 24: the day of his birth (he is the only saint whose birth is celebrated).
He is the most celebrated Saint in Europe and one of the most important Saints for Christians since he is considered the forerunner of Jesus Christ.
It is said that during the summer solstice, these people lit large bonfires to seek the blessing of their lands and ensure that they bore enough fruit to feed themselves. In addition, through the fire they asked the divinity for a prosperous future for couples in love and fertility for women.
The Feast of St. Juan is originally linked to the arrival of the summer solstice (June 21), of pagan origin that was later Christianized.
After the Christianization of this festival, the night of June 23rd to 24th becomes a holy night, sacred and of purification, without abandoning its magical and pagan aura. It is celebrated as the shortest and most magical night of the year.
Every year on the night of June 23rd to 24th and 24th, festivities are held in many corners of Spain in honor of St. Juan. Numerous beliefs and rites are linked to the day and to the Saint, reminiscent of ancient cults that were celebrated at the arrival of the summer solstice.

Symbols of this celebration:

Fire: is the purifying element that rids us of bad luck and everything we want to leave behind.
Water is the second symbol of San Juan, it is said that tonight all waters have healing virtues, so in many places it is customary to bathe in the sea or river.
Herbs are the third element, it is believed that plants multiply their healing properties on this night.
The evening of the Night of San Juan 2021 is the moment when thousands of people welcome the summer on the shortest night of the year.
To attract good luck and put aside bad omens without having to resort to good luck charms, each city decides to celebrate the night of San Juan with its own idiosyncrasies.
Rituals for good luck
Jumping over the bonfire: this is one of the most widespread good luck rituals in Spain although it has nuances depending on the area in which it is carried out. In Galicia it is considered necessary to jump the bonfire nine times over the flames for good luck, while in the Alicante and Valencia areas it is only necessary to jump over the flames seven times.
Jumping the waves: another tradition is to jump 7 waves at midnight, although the number may vary depending on the region. It is said that this is the perfect time to make a wish and have it fulfilled.
Taking a spiritual bath : another belief is that anyone who takes a bath with 7 different herbs will be cleansEd and blessed as water and herbs have more magikal potency on this night
Washing one’s face: a very common ritual in areas where there is no beach is to wash one’s face after midnight. It is said to be lucky if you do it without looking in the mirror afterwards.
The Feast of St. Juan is celebrated in different parts of Europe, in Spain it is a holiday in the Valencian Community.

7 SWORDS OF SAN MIGUEL ~ The Ukraine Working

7 SWORDS OF SAN MIGUEL
Spiritual working to bring victory and peace to Ukraine

Picture
Archangel Michael is an extremely powerful Angelic presence. He is the angel of Fire and the South, and he is depicted as a warrior angel of protection and purification who conquers all demons. He instantly obliterates any negative force within his vicinity when he arrives on the inner planes.
'MICHAEL is a Spirit who guided the Prophet Elisha in all his actions. He is the Protector of all Kingdoms. After God Himself, he is all-powerful.
“Michael” means “who is like God.” “Sabaoth” comes from Hebrew and means “Lord of Hosts,” and it is an epithet of God. It could also be an epithet of Michael as the leader of God’s army. Many of the spells in the Greek Magical Papyri, one of the oldest magical texts that exists, contain this word. “Athanatos” is Greek, and means “immortal,” literally a-, “without,” thanatos, “death, saday comes from Hebrew and means “field,” i.e. a battlefield. Collectively, these words tell  that Michael is the immortal leader of God’s armies and that in creating, working with or wearing this as an amulet, you incur his divine protection.

Below is his seal  used in ceremonial magic that comes from the Solomonic grimoire called The Grimoire of Armadel and redrawn by the artist Nightgrowler.

7 SWORDS OF SAN MIGUEL
Spiritual working to bring victory and peace to Ukraine
Ideally but not necassarily performed on a Sunday

1. Recite the Lords Prayer
2. Focus and pray to Saint Micheal
3. Taking each coloured candle one at a time, holding above your head and recite out loud the 7 SWORDS OF SAN MIGUEL. Praying for each candles quality to prevail { List & prayer below }
4. Continue this process until the image { that you would have printed out earlier of either San Miguel or his Seal } is surrounded by the 7 candles / 7 swords.
6. Once again recite lords prayer and give thanks assured that your prayer has been answered.
7. Once the candles have fully burned down, pray once more and give thanks. Then either frame and hang the image in your home or hide descreetly somewhere inside your house.
COMMENT : At no point during this working contemplate hate , revenge or malice. Simply call on San Miguels presence and then contemplate each quality of the 7 swords as they are placed in a circle around the image.

PRAYER

Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil;

THE ARTIST
I initially created the 7 swords of San Miguel Ceremony to defend Ukraine purely from Magikal instinct, a few nights later i heard in the Glitchbottle Podcast below from the artist Nightgrowler who created these images,  that saint micheal is on the crescent to Kiev and not only that, that this young occult artist in the podcast is literally creating his art in his basement in Kiev, with his family. while bombs are flying over head.
I have since made contact and we are in communication and he has given me and anyone else permission to use his artwork for any magikal workings or purely ascetic purposes in support of the Ukrainian people

Glitchbottle podcast

Testimonial

Recently received this beautiful testimonial from work done with Isabel...

Many other practioner's, therapist's, spiritual healers etc come to see me for support when times are tough in their own lives. It takes humility to know when we need help and support from other's, to gain a different perspective and aquire additional power to solve the mirade of problems that we may burdened with.
I to have my Elders to whom i consult when confusion comes knocking. Individually we are powerful, together we are unstoppable... Bless

"When I came to Yanu I was in so much trouble, both of my own making and from another source. I was feeling overwhelmed, exhausted from fighting, and I didn't see how to resolve it all. My dreams showed me that Yanu was the one I could trust to help me with this crisis, and so I went! I was very impressed with his effective and straightforward way of working, not to mention his generosity of spirit. I found the session very beautiful, and I learned some lessons about myself that I won't forget.
Afterwards my most pressing problems disappeared within a few weeks time. My whole energy has changed, my own spiritual work has changed, and I am being flooded with big insights. I'm actually able to see my way forward and to work hard. Positive changes keep on happening. BAM. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I feel excited about that instead of scared. I am very thankful to Yanu and the spirits for coming to my aid in a crisis, and for pushing me forward on my path.
Isabel, fortuneteller"

Magik incites th ....

I often ponder what exactly is going on when we perform our various ceremonies, rituals & prayers !
Somehow and that's the magik, it creates potential and possibility inside the otherwise impossible and miraculously transforms & manifests it.
If this is the case and i know without a shadow of a doubt it is, then something so strange and marvelous
would be hard to find.
It is a constant fascination of mine, that if this method works, if communion and response from an intelligent universe is real, then what is going on here, what is it that we are immersed in.
This is not a question to answer but a rather mystery to relish & explore in !

Mi Espíritu Gitana / My Gypsy Spirit

Picture

People from all over the world come to LaBotanica at the weekends when we are open. Every person that walks in the door is a complete stranger that leaves a friend. They are very often blown away that in just 15 mins so much deep personal insight, understanding and guidance can come from receiving a reading.
I have to laugh, i have the easiest job in the world, i simply sit, pray and open myself to the Gitana Spirit that walks with me. She guides my hands, the cards and even the way i lay them, infact i do very little and she does everything. Entering this light trance she talks through me to those in need and her accuracy is uncanny and her guidance unwaveriing.
She has been with me a longtime now and helps guides me on this road of life, lifting my Spirit with her songs, with her strength and with her humour.
Thank you mi Gitana and may your blessings touch all those that you meet through me in this life and when i die may your sngs guide me home to the Land of the Ancestors..

A Magical Life

                                                                                      A Magical Life

Both me and my beloved went out walking at dusk after performing a small ceremony at home, asking for guidance and protection on some issues we have been dealing with in our personal lives.
Whilst meditating i saw us walking down a path in our local park by a canal, a beautiful green area just down the road from our house.
Immediately afterwards we put on our jackets and went for a walk in the exact same park as i had seen in my meditation. It was beautiful in the now darkening spring evening walking there hand in hand chatting about nothing in particular. Then as often happens a strange sensation ran through us both and we both immediately stopped to acknowledge it.
Just a few steps further and there at our feet from a broken branch was Algiz the Rune of protection, i instantly picked it up thanking the Spirits for this blessing. Laughingly we continued walking, then again the strange tingling sensation, a few steps more and now at our feet Isa, the Rune of standstill, ice and withdrawal. Picking up this magical symbol we continued walking but now in silent reverence.  Just a few minutes more and once again the strange sensation and now at our feet lay Fehu the Rune of fulfillment , possessions and nourishment.
Once again thanking the Spirits for these talismanic messages from the Otherworld we continued walking feeling now very loved and protected
Then about 15 minutes more and something even stranger happened. Once again we both felt the strange tingling up and down our spines, we both stopped looking to the ground for possibly another Rune at our feet but none were to be found. Now both buzzing intensely i turned on the flashlight on my mobile phone as it was now dark and the sun had set.
As i turned on the light it instantly reflected off of something at the base of a tree just a few meters in front of us.
'Whats that' i said out loud to Jolinde, not believing our eyes as we walked closer, there at the foot of a large tree, was a small doorway a small faery door firmly fixed to the tree. We both stood there in amazement this tingling sensation increasing through our bodies until we entered into communion with the landscape, with that that had given us a clear message through the fallen runes and this beautiful Faery Gateway.....
In England i can imagine seeing such a doorway walking the winding roads of Somerset or Cornwall but in Haarlem never have i seen such a thing. Our little neighborhood is turning out to be a very magical place, what with the Pan statue here, our local Kabouter Garden and now this....
Upon returning home i bound the Runes we had found together and have placed them above our front door as a binding Rune to protect us from those that may wish us ill.
Magic is a foot, the Spirit World is always close to us and communicating constantly if we would only listen.

May you all be as blessed as we are !

We went to the Fay asking how to remove the chained curse that surrounded us. It had been placed there by the broken hearted, by the one who refused to see their shadow and who instead was consumed by it.
Again we came to the Oracle petitioning guidance from the Faery Folk, it was raining outside, the wind was shaking the walls of the small gypsy caravan. Our eyes closed we drew a card, it was the Sun, the image showing two Fay on a mountain peak greeting the golden light. Then a whisper in our ears ' To break something, first make something '.
Immediately we went to work baking a bread of bitter herbs, you went to the jars under the bed and took from one of them the dried crows heart, the one we had cut from the bird's chest as it lyed dying by the side of the road. We both spat on it then passed it all over our bodies, asking for the curses removal. Then carefully we placed it into the heart of the unbaked dough, now roughly crafted into a female form.

As the bread baked we sung songs to the grey weeping skies, harmonizing our intention and praying for light to shatter the grip of the shadows hand that had walked with us since our first meeting.
The black hearted crows bread nearly fully baked began to stink out our small space as the evil eye that had been placed on us began to spiral around and fully awaken within the breads female form. Holding our noses we opened the oven to see a large darkened eye staring back at us, ' cover it quickly ' i shouted. You immediately took the colourful bandana from your head and threw it over the now blinking eye of the bitter baked bread.
Picking it up with both hands i ran out with the cursed loaf into the woods behind the caravan and placed it quickly at the foot of an old Yew Tree. You running behind me sprinkling cascaria in a binding spell around it so it's poison could never return to us. Then as quickly as we had run out to the tree we ran back to the safety of our small home by the edge of the woods, looking through the window to watch what might happen.

It didn't take long for the crows to come swirling round in circles cawing loudly. We covered our eyes as they swooped down and clawing off the bandana began to peck at the evil eyed loaf that they had found underneath. We were sure in that moment that we heard a scream, not a loud one but instead a low and heart wrenching cry of agony. With our thumbs we plugged our ears hoping its sound not to return the wicked spell to us.
It seemed like ages that we sat there huddled together our hands over our eyes, thumbs in ears not daring to lift our heads and look up. Eventually i dared to take a peek and nudging you gently you to slowly looked above your slender fingers to the sight we beheld before us.
The cursed bread had been fully eaten the crows having cannibalistically  devoured the blackened heart of one of their own and all that was left was your bandana its colours now glimmering brightly as  sunlight shone through the darkened clouds onto the forest floor below.
In that moment we knew that all would well, that our banishing had worked and as the Fay had told us earlier that day, the sun would shine its golden light down upon us.

A Day in the Life II ~ The Faerie King

We sat together in tenderness whispering our desires to the oracle, you turned the cards over one by one and the Fay began to speak. ‘It’s the Garden that you seek is it? All well and good then, you must scribe your petition upon paper made from the mulberry tree and return once again to the sacred grove deep in the dunes. He’ll be waiting for you, it’s the King of the Faeries that you seek and his permission alone will assure a clear pathway to the garden's gate.’

Immediately we jumped into the car and drove back out to the sea and the faerie grove. On our way there we passed a very old antique store who’s hand painted sign, of what appeared to be the Green Man made us stop the car abruptly, intrigued by what we might find within. No sooner had we entered the musky smelling shop when I heard you shout ‘Look baby look! ‘. I wound my way through the narrow path of clustered antiques and found you holding a large bronze statue of Pan his gluttonous smile piercing through his floral beard.
Again we began to laugh hysterically, ‘He is with us! ‘. The man in the store appeared to go into a trance and sold us the piece for a mere ten euros. As we left the store a large black crow swooped down in front of us cawing loudly, ‘ don’t worry ‘ I said ‘ we are on our way, tell them we’re coming’ and with that he flew frantically up and away in the direction of the dunes.

Upon arriving at the coastline the atmosphere began to change, less playful, now more full of reverence. We had taken seven sweet coconut cakes to offer to Mother Ocean in thanks for previous prayers answered. No sooner had we sung to her and made our offerings than seven squawking seagulls swooped down from the heavens and gobbled them upon immediately. Our offerings obviously being accepted we marched off towards the dunes where beyond the sandy crown lay the sacred grove.

Dragonflies danced the whole way before us their metallic colours glistened in the light of the now setting sun. It didn’t take long till we were back at the weathered entrance to the grove, the dunes dipping down into a copse of trees hidden from sight just ten steps earlier. The trees formed a natural shade and made our entrance all the more magical.

In this twilight place we quietly found a spot to sit and pray. The crows cawed and a warm perfumed breeze brushed our cheeks as poems were spoken revering the Old Ones. Then all became silent, as if all magic had left us and only our fragile humanity remained. Humbled by the stilling silence we began to gently weep, knowing our true place in things.

                                                                       ‘I love you my queen’
                                                                       ‘ I love you my king ‘

                                                         and together we pledged our promise.

No sooner had we shared these words than it seemed as if all life returned all green magical and dancing with the season. The near silent music of the Fay passing between us, we drew our hearts together, embraced and gave our love to the earth at our feet, to those that danced invisible around us and to him that seldomly speaks the King of the Fay !

A Day in the Life I ~ The Faery Grove

The Faery Grove

We went out to the wild dunes near the ocean. Walking a sandy path we came upon a Faery grove, the windswept trees forming a natural arching gateway into their Kingdom.
We sat silently at the roots of an old tree, their magical presence surrounding us. We kissed and entered the bliss together, the Fays delicate wings fluttering around us, surrounding us in the last perfumed breeze of a dying summer. Autumn leaves sung their trembling songs as they fell at our feet like flakes of broken moonlight cascading into the coming twilight.
Picture
When the moment had passed we stood still holding hands and ran laughing from the grove, making sure not to return upon the path we had entered.
As the golden sun began his descent into the western skies we walked home through the dunes in a content quiet, the knowing flowing deep between us.
Then from nowhere on the horizon a large stag appeared with five deers. Rearing his head, his large antlers shining like glistened bronze with the failing light. We yelped with excitement as the small herd appeared before us. Oh such blessings showered upon us, that we should be honoured with the Stag Kings presence so soon after leaving the faeries grove.
Picture
Then in a moment they were gone prancing back beyond the horizon behind one of the many sand dunes.
Like children we ran holding hands into the sunset, following a trail of magic that can never escape us ...
